When Trialon called me to interview for a contract position with General Motors, the offer seemed too good to be true. I was concerned moving from a stable job into a contract position. However, after my first interview, I knew Trialon was a first rate company. Everything was in order. The process was quick, terms were clear, and the compensation/benefits were well beyond my expectations. I was hired by General Motors almost 2 years later, but my experience with Trialon was absolutely perfect. It was a tough decision to leave Trialon.

Trialon's close association with the automotive industry gave me the inside track to General Motors. In retrospect, there is almost no other way for senior engineers to get hired. I earned my stripes while evaluating General Motors, and it allowed me to make the right decision when General Motor's offer arose.

I was very pleased with the pay and benefits package that Trialon offered. The base hourly rate alone was a 40% increase. Accounting for overtime, I raised my salary 150% each year. The bottom line is that, after 2 years, it still seemed too good to be true. I highly recommend Trialon Corporation.
